I offer a number of ways to work together, ranging from one off health MOTs to 3 month guided programmes. I also work with gyms and personal trainers to deliver talks and workshops on improving performance and recovery.

Health MOT

This standalone one-to-one session is designed to provide you with a comprehensive review of your current health, based on a blood sample and dietary analysis, and is carefully tailored to align with your symptoms and goals.

Map to Health

A three month one-to-one package with weekly or flexible support. We delve deep into understanding your dietary habits, preferences, lifestyle, family and medical history to create a plan that addresses the underlying cause of your symptoms.

Talks and workshops
